This small freeware utility measures the latency of an Internet connection, but expects users to understand the results. Pudge Wars does not require installation, and the executable opens a small DOS window. To run the program, you have to accept the license agreement, which can be executed with an accept parameter. Executing Pudge Wars tests your computer's latency. A low latency score indicates your Internet packets move quickly from your Pudge Wars to other computers.
